Computer Support Prices
All work is done on-site (at your location). In Kelowna the first half hour is $55, and it costs $25 each additional half hour. There is a $15 surcharge for jobs in West Kelowna or Winfield and a $20 surcharge for jobs in Peachland. Payment is due immediately upon completion of work unless previous arrangements have been made. I accept cash and local business cheques. Personal cheques require provincially or federally issued photo ID.

Web Design Prices
Web design work commences upon deposit of 1/3 total web design price. Another 1/3 is due upon presentation of initial design, and remaining 1/3 is due after remainder of site is completed. Estimated prices for various web design jobs are as follows:

Business Card Web Page on your own site, $99. A listing on KelownaBusinessGuide.com: $39 setup + $120/year listing fee.

Templated Web Site - Perfect for those who don’t have the time or inclination to develop their site, but wish to be self-reliant about their web updates afterwards. Choose from hundreds of stylish page “looks”. All templated web sites come with 30 days free web hosting. Approximately $350-$500

Custom Web Site - For those who wish to have a completely unique and exclusive design. Custom made graphics, web video or audio, the works. For those who want to be able to do their own updates, I design using the Joomla Content Management System. The cost for setting up either of these options is $750 - $1500. This price includes three months free hosting.

Consultation Some people know exactly what they want, and are able to say “Here’s what I want, please do it for me.” others do not, and need someone to discuss the basics with them, as well as the major options that one comes across in developing a web site.

I charge $70 to spend an hour with you discussing what is involved in having a web site. This is highly recommended if you want to have a web presence but have limited knowledge about what’s involved in owning a web site, or the Internet in general.  If you choose to have me develop a site for you, that $50 will be applied as a payment towards your web site. If you choose not to have me develop a site for you, you will find that you still have benefitted from our time together, and the $50 is a non-refundable fee for my time and expertise. If you would like me to come speak with you face to face, a $25 call out fee will apply in addition to the $50 consultation fee.

Search Engine Optimization - I charge a $50 consulting fee to discuss your search engine strategy. For actual optimization and page submission, I charge $25 per page for optimization, and $25 per month to do submit all your pages to major search engines, directories, and thousands upon thousands of minor link lists, etc.

Guitar Lessons - I charge $40/hour or $25/half-hour for guitar lessons in your home or business. Minors must have a parent present at all times.
